AGRITOURISM IN VINCI
It is a farm house of 550 mq. completely renovated for AGRITURISMO at 305 mt. height on Montalbano hills, in Vinci's municipal district,40 Km from Florence and 35 from Lucca.
It is located in the heart of TUSCANY, at about 700 meter from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci , dipped in 60 acres of fields and woods .
The house built at the end of 1.300 , is shared into 7 flats, completely furnished and independent from each others.

AGRITOURISM IN MONTELUPO
The farn house estate is immersed in the green and is the ideal place for a fully relaxing stay.
The flats have been obtained in old dwellings and barns magnificently inserted in the Tuscan landscape, among olive trees, vines and cornfields.
Refurbished and furnished with careful attention to the guests' comfort, the flats are completely self-sufficient, with kitchen, garden and parking-place.
The flats can accommodate from 2 to 6 guests.
The farm stretches over 500 hectares, and produces 6 types of wine, totalling about 220,000 bottles a year, in addition to extra virgin olive oil, wheat and sunflowers.
The farm organises wine tastings and tours to have visitors discover its numerous activities



AGRITURISM NEAR EMPOLI
The Villa is located just outside the historical town center of Empoli, it was built in 
the 17th century as part of the surrounding properties of a castle. The castle, altrought it has always been a private residence, has preserved its original interior and external features including the lovely private Chapel where, until recent times, laid the remains of  aint Nicholas.
